Fort Collins CBMC is a group of business and professional men who have a passion to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the marketplace.  Our primary mission is to accomplish the Great Commission that Jesus Christ gave his followers almost two millenniums ago.  And so, our purpose is to know God through Jesus Christ and to make Him known to others.The Great Commission can be found in all four Gospels and in the Book of Acts, and there are always two primary activities associated with it:

• Proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and
• Mentoring Men who respond to the proclamation.

The Fort Collins CBMC group invites business and professional men from around the world to come and tell their own personal story about how an encounter with Jesus Christ has changed their lives.  We do this in the context of an informal business luncheon.  We want to create a comfortable environment in which men can hear the truth presented by another businessman with whom they can identify. This is our primary method of presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ.Frequently, our guests at these luncheons express and interest in finding out more about what it takes to have a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.  This gives us the opportunity to meet with men in a one-on-one Bible study called Operation Timothy. The study is facilitated by a series of workbooks that present basic Biblical doctrines and principles for growing into a fulfilling, productive relationship with God.  The outcome of these meetings is frequently a lasting friendship between two men centered on Jesus Christ.Fort Collins CBMC requires no membership or financial commitments from men.  Our hope is that other business and professional men will be so excited about having a growing relationship with God that they will in turn share their faith with other men.  This is the model that Jesus Christ gave us almost 2000 years ago, and it is the model that has been effective in transforming the entire world for the glory of God.
